Novoselic on Burned Nevermind Masters: "I think they are gone forever."

The New York Times is reporting that a 2008 Universal Studios fire destroyed up to 500,000 master recordings from popular artists.

These artists included The Roots, Elton John, The Eagles, Steely Dan and Nirvana. Former bassits for Nirvana, Krist Novoselic, retweeted the original article with the statement "I think they are gone forever."
