Glass Animals
Categories:

Last week, we recieved an overwhelming pool of responses to our Glass Animals contest. Unfortunately, the contest was cancelled due to the Glass Animals concert being postponed. Thank you to everyone who submitted their creative titles! We really enjoyed reading them.

Thanks to Toyota and Powell's City of Books for partnering with us!

The question was: "If Glass Animals were a book, what book would they be?" Here is a selection of our favorite entries.

  • The Stinky Cheese Man and Other Fairly Stupid Tales
  • A Brave New World
  • "A book of E.E. Cummings poetrytheir songs pay a lot of similar attention to cadence and are structured like poems, but rule-breaking poetry, like that of Cummings."
  • "A dessert cookbook! Edgey, gooey, yummy chocolate."
  • "Alice In Wonderland. Chose this because listening to Glass Animals feels like the Cheshire Cat blowing smoke in my face and sending me down a psychedelic trip down a rabbit hole to a new world."

  • "Annihilation (Southern Reach Trilogy). The music video for Psylla really reminds me of this book series!
