For the 2019 Portland Seafood and Wine Festival web contest, enter between 12:00 am PT on Monday, January 21, 2019 and 11:45 pm PT on Sunday, January 27, 2019 by filling out the entry form on the contest page at 947.fm.contests. On or about Monday, January 28, 2019,  one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and, upon verification, will receive four (4) tickets to the Portland Seafood and Wine Festival valid February 1 and 2, 2019 at the Oregon Convention Center, courtesy of Portland Seafood and Wine Festival.
